Q: What size are your cookies and what else do you sell?
A: Our cookies come in at 3.75 ounces or the smaller 2 ounce. We also sell assorted brownies. Look for new cookies and brownies in the near future.

Q: How are the cookies and brownies sold?
A: Order online and pick the cookie size you want. Select the 3.75 ounce cookie or the smaller 2 ounce cookie. Order cookies by the dozen or half dozen. All of one kind or choice of 2 kinds per dozen. Brownies can be ordered by a full order or a half order. The choice is yours.

Q: How can I keep my cookies and brownies from going stale quickly?
A: With every order we include Care Cards with instructions on caring for your cookies and brownies, heating up your cookies, freezing your cookies and how to defrost your cookies if frozen.

Q: How soon can I pick-up my order?
A: Orders can be picked up or can be shipped within the State of Arkansas. Since all orders are made fresh we need at least 48 hours prior to pickup date or longer during holidays. Any order within the 48 hours time period will be scheduled for the next pickup date. Scheduled pickups are on Wednesday & Friday between the hours of 4pm to 8pm and on Saturday between 1pm to 5pm. You will receive an email with instructions and the location of the pickup. Payment is due when orders are placed.

Q: When will I receive my order that I'm having shipped?
A: Orders are shipped either by UPS ground or FedEx ground. While we cannot guarantee delivery to your home by a specific date, upon arrival at the shipping carrier's office, ground orders typically ship the next day business and arrive at your location on the second day. UPS ground and FedEx ground cannot deliver to a P.O. Box. However, FedEx Ground Economy uses the U.S. Postal Service® for final delivery, including P.O. boxes. Please double check shipping information prior to shipping. There are no refunds or cancellations on orders sent to incorrect addresses or after the order has been shipped. Extra shipping charges apply.

Q: Do you ship outside of the State of Arkansas?
A: Unless another state has a reciprocal business agreement for home businesses we are not allowed to do business outside of the State of Arkansas.

Q: Are your products allergy free?
A: All of our baked goods are made in a facility that processes dairy,
peanuts, soy, nuts, and wheat. All products may contain
trace amounts of these ingredients.
